The system's really simple. You register as an affiliate, put an ad on your site linking to
InsuranceChoice.co.uk, and every time a visitor to your site uses that link to buy something, you get a
share of the price. And as for us, we get a sale, so it's a perfect win-win arrangement.
How does the Insurance Choice affiliate programme work?
Firstly there are two types of link that you can use; a text link or banner
link. Each link contains a unique piece of code including your affiliate reference number. We
send an e-mail to you, providing your links to each section of our website and a selection of images and
banners FREE of charge. You decide which sections of our website you want to link to and simply cut and
paste the links given to you.
How do we track which business was generated by your link?
You are allocated a unique piece of link code which includes your affiliate reference number. This
enables us to track and identify each piece of business that comes through to our website from you.
Each time a visitor clicks the link on your site through to ours your affiliate reference is stored
in something called a 'cookie'. This cookie is stored on the visitors computer for 365 days and
is used to identify any purchases that they make, for which you recieve commission. Commission rates vary
on the different schemes we provide and is paid on the Nett Premium, i.e. less Government Insurance
Premium Tax (IPT) and fees.
Do I need to be FSA regulated to become an Affiliate?
No. In line with FSA regulations affiliates must not provide advice, but simply introduce potential
clients to us.
We supply you with all the graphics you could need, regularly updated throughout the year. The links
we provide automatically make sure we know which visitors have come from your site. All you need to do
is register, and you're off.
